1.1. By purchasing or subscribing via h2oau.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
1.3. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

2.1. Orders are subject to product availability and price confirmation.
2.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
2.3. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase is complete. Please review it and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

3.1. Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless you have selected a subscription-based plan.
3.2. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.
3.3. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if there are issues with processing your payment.

4.1. We ship Australia-wide. International shipping may be arranged upon request and may incur additional charges.
4.2. Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and chosen shipping method. Estimated times are provided for guidance only.
4.3. We are not responsible for courier or customs delays.

5.1. You may return a product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact our support team before returning any product.

This returns policy applies to change-of-mind returns only. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected, including your entitlement to a refund, repair or replacement for faulty, defective or misrepresented goods.

5.2. For change-of-mind returns, a 15% restocking fee (based on the amount you paid) will apply to cover shipping, warehouse handling, and labour costs. Return shipping costs are also the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5.3. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).

5.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after inspection. Please allow an additional 4–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6.1. H2O subscription plans have a minimum commitment of 24 months.
6.2. During the subscription period, the equipment remains the property of H2OAU.
6.3. Upon successful completion of the full 24-month term, ownership of the equipment will transfer to you at no additional cost.
6.4. If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the 24-month minimum term, you will be required to pay an Early Termination Fee, calculated as:
(The full retail price of the product ÷ 24) × number of unpaid remaining months in your subscription term. Once this payment is made, ownership of the equipment will transfer to you immediately.
6.5. Returns of the equipment are not required.
6.6. Subscription payments are billed monthly. Missed or failed payments may result in service interruption or account termination.
6.7. In the event of missed or failed payments:
(a) We will attempt to process the payment again within 48 hours.
(b) If payment remains outstanding for more than 7 days, we may suspend your subscription benefits or support services.
(c) If payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, your subscription will be considered cancelled and you will be liable to pay the full remaining balance of your contract in a single lump sum.
(d) We reserve the right to refer unpaid balances to a debt collection agency or take legal action to recover outstanding amounts.

7.1. We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all details are completely error-free.
7.2. Warranty terms vary by product and are provided by the manufacturer or H2OAU. We recommend reviewing the warranty information supplied with your product.
7.3. Products purchased outright are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. For subscription-based products, warranty coverage continues for the duration of the active subscription term.

8.1. To the extent permitted by law, H2OAU is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products or website.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product where required under Australian Consumer Law.

9.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your personal information.

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
